Dear Colleagues, Friends, and Esteemed Guests,

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 18th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Malaysian Osteoporosis Society (MOS), to be held from 31st October to 1st November 2025 at DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City.

With the theme “Navigating Osteoporosis Management: Balancing Opportunities vs Barriers,” this year’s meeting reflects our commitment to advancing care for patients with osteoporosis through knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaborative discussion. We are proud to present a comprehensive programme featuring plenary lectures, symposia, expert sessions, and interactive case discussions—all carefully curated to address both the evolving opportunities and enduring challenges in bone health.

Highlights will include updates on the MyBONe Position Paper, the role of GLP1RA in weight management and bone health, as well as the standard of care in osteoporosis in the context of diabetes. Our expert panels will also delve into cutting-edge topics like osteoanabolic therapy, vertebral fracture interventions, and fracture liaison service (FLS) strategies.
